Wherever you are in this world, rest assured that your order will reach you (and arrive on time!). We have been shipping from Colombia since 2018 and we are continuously amazed at all the corners of the world Fedex & DHL can deliver to! In this interconnected day and age, we really feel the world isn’t so big after all.
How long will it take to process my order?
Order processing time by Catagory :
- All Bags , Hats & Accesories are Processed within 1-2 Business Days .
- Tableware , Trays & Baskets : 4-6 Business Days
- Furniture : 10 Days
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation e-mail with your Fedex/DHL tracking number.
If you believe your order should have shipped and you haven’t received a Shipping Confirmation e-mail, please check your spam/junk e-mail folder.
When will my order arrive?
Based on your region, shipping times are as follow:
United States & Canada: 4-8 Business Days
Europe, Asia, Australia: 6-10 business days*
*Business days do not count weekends and holidays and shipping estimates do not include the day the order is shipped nor the processing time.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, of course! Once your package is sent, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
What about duties, import fees and local taxes?
- For U.S Orders : No import/Sales Tax if you´re from the U.S.A
- Rest of the World : We Normally Declare as low as possible so you can hopefully avoid or Pay the minimum in Duty Fees . Please Note You are responsible for paying any duties, import fees or taxes charged by your local government
For further information about any additional taxes and duties which may be charged in your country, please contact your local customs office. Refunds will not be provided for failure to pay such fees resulting in Fedex/DHL not being able to deliver your order.
