To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging.

unless the item receive is defective or incorrect , Customers are responsible for return shipping costs as well as the initial shipping cost which will also be deducted from the refund 

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. This does not include damage due to buyer misuse. 

If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different item please follow the directions above regarding returns. Once we receive the item you would like to exchange you will receive your new item or can request store credit.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. Once approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the funds.


You may cancel all orders within 24hr for a 100% Refund . 

Furniture & Tableware orders cannot be cancelled past that time unless Agreed upon with us . 

if the Cancellation is agreed on , a 10% of the order total will be deducted from the refund Due to their made to order nature .
